1. My shrink wrap machine does not seal, but the wire is still intact, how can I fix this?
Try replacing the heat wire, most of the time there are tiny breaks in the wire that will stop the current from flowing and stop sealing the shrink film.
2. I have an older model machine are the parts compatible with my old machine?
All Latter made machines use the same parts sold on our website. The tape and wire are the same for all Latter machines.
3. Where do I use the Teflon tapes?
The ¾” Teflon tape is used to cover the heat wire and the ½” teflon tape is used to protect the rubber pad. Using the Teflon tapes ensure a better seal and help protect your rubber pad from creating grooves.
4. I need parts for my heat tunnel do you sell these too?
We do sell the parts for the heat tunnels, please email us to be able to direct you to the correct parts or suppliers
5. Is there a phone number I can call to talk to a real person?
